PIRE Project - OU/UMADAOP Eval




Administrative • Meet as needed with the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS), OU-VS, the Mansfield UMADAOP, and any project consultants as needed to facilitate successful program and evaluation implementation and to monitor/review project progress. • Work collaboratively with OU-VS to continue to utilize project communication, document storage, and quality assurance protocols; continue to integrate those protocols into all development, evaluation, data collection, and reporting work. • Assist with IRB submission(s) and renewals Plan and Evaluate the Mansfield UMADAOP's Children of Incarcerated Parents (CIP) - Community-Level Initiative: Work with OU-VS to: • Develop a theory of change and visual logic model for the CIP - Community-Level Initiative • Enhance the existing evaluation materials for the CIP - Community-Level Initiative to accommodate a multi-site evaluation • Develop an evaluation system for the Mansfield UMADAOP to aggregate the evaluations from the local CIP Community-Level Initiative sites • Provide ongoing support and assistance as Mansfield UMADAOP staff become fully trained in the CIP -Community­Level Initiative evaluation Evaluation Planning for Up to Two Additional Mansfield UMADAOP Programs: Work with OU-VS to: • The two additional Mansfield UMADAOP programs will be mutually selected by the Mansfield UMADAOP, OhioMHAS, and the Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Affairs • Develop a theory of change and visual logic model for up to two additional Mansfield UMADAOP programs • Develop an evaluation system for up to two additional Mansfield UMADAOP programs • Provide ongoing support and assistance as Mansfield UMADAOP staff become fully trained in the evaluation system for up to two additional Mansfield UMADAOP programs Analysis/Data Management • Work collaboratively with OU-VS on data file creation, file maintenance/management, and data analysis of process, and outcome data. • Assist with and/or lead analysis of any site-level or participant-level data. Reporting/Deliverables • Work collaboratively with OU-VS to create periodic summary evaluation reports that include process and outcome data (if/as available) for cycling back to UMADAOPs and OhioMHAS. • Assist with GFMS reporting and year-end reporting to Ohio MHAS. • Work collaboratively with OU-VS to develop any substantive reporting for the project • Create monthly activity reports/logs and transmit to OhioMHAS.
