Evaluation Team Scopes of Work (SOWs) PIRE-SOW Evaluation Design and Development: ¤ Assist in the development of evaluation design and timeline. ¤ Assist in the development of evaluation tools to collect data/information to inform evaluation questions and evaluation design. Evaluation Implementation: ¤ Assist in monitoring evaluation design and implementation and ensure project timeline is implemented with fidelity. ¤ Review Mentor Activity Log. ¤ Assist in developing Mentor Pair Baseline Survey ¤ Participate in monthly Mentor Activity Calls. ¤ Assist in developing guide and conducting mentor pair interviews. ¤ Assist in developing a Mentor Pair Follow-Up Survey. Evaluation Reporting: ¤ Assist in analyzing/synthesizing evaluation data. ¤ Assist in developing and finalizing interim evaluation reports (February 2015 and May 2014). ¤ Assist in developing and finalizing a final evaluation report (June 2015). ¤ Assist in developing Promising Practices for Improving Coalition Mentoring (June 2015). ¤ Participate in presenting project results to Ohio MHAS and partners/stakeholders as requested. Provide T/TA related to the Evidence-Based Practices Sustainability Module: ¤ Provide individual T/TA as needed to evidence-based practices grantees in the completion of the Evidence-Based Practices Sustaina bility Module. ¤ Facilitate small group learning communities for evidence-based practices grantees in the completion of the Evidence-Based Practices Sustainability Module. Provide T/TA related to the Evaluation Framework for Youth-Led Prevention: ¤ Co-develop training materials and co-facilitate the first Youth-Led Prevention Academy: Designing Youth-Led Programs that Work. Sessions to be held: January 30, February 12, and February 20, 2015. ¤ Co-facilitate the second Youth-Led Prevention Academy: Getting to Outcomes - Showing the Value of Youth-Led Programs. Sessions to be held: March 6, March 13, and March 20, 2015. ¤ Provide individual T/TA as needed to MBR grantees related to Ohio's Evaluation Framework for Youth-Led Prevention. Evaluation Design and Development: ¤ Collaborate with Voinovich School to develop evaluation design and timeline ¤ Collaborate with Voinovich School to develop evaluation tools to collect data/information to inform evaluation questions and evaluation design. Evaluation lmlementation: ¤ Monitor evaluation design and implementation and ensure project timeline is implemented with fidelity. ¤ Collaborate with the Voinovich School on the development of a structured rubric to assess MBR Youth-Led Prevention grant applications and deliverables associated with the Youth-Led Prevention Academies. ¤ Collaborate with the UC-ESC to analyze MBR Youth-Led Prevention grant applications and deliverables associated with the Youth-Led Prevention Academies using a structured rubric Evaluation Reporting: ¤ Assist in the development of interim evaluation reports (February 2015 and May 2015). ¤ Assist in the development of the final evaluation report in June 2015, review with OhioM HAS. ¤ Present results to Ohio MHAS and partners/stakeholders as requested.
